COMBISTEAMER Vanaf -18ºC: 15 min op150ºC in volle gastronorm zonder toevoeging van vetstoffen. MAGNETRON Vanaf -18ºC: 7 min. op een bedekt bord op 900 W. KOUDE BEREIDING Gedurende 12 uren laten ontdooien in een koelruimte bij +3ºC ( voor een zak van 2,5 in een gastronorm). Opslag: 3 dagen bij +3°C na ontdooiing. Dit product moet voor consumptie minimaal 2 minuten verhit worden tot een kerntemperatuur van 70°C.
