Description
A 21st century take on a Chinese classic. These tempting spring rolls deliver all the satisfying crispness, fragrant spicing and rich umami hit of this timeless appetiser. Cooked straight from frozen, they can be oven baked in just 10 minutes or deep fried in 4. Packed full of vegetables – like carrots, oyster mushrooms, mangetout and cabbage – they also contain rice noodles, sesame seeds and heart-healthy pea protein to replace the duck. They taste fantastic dipped in a variety of sauces, from hoisin to sweet chilli.

Preparation
Bakken in oven
Oven: Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place on baking tray in center of oven for approximately 10 minutes.
Frituren
Pre-heat fryer 180°C, fry for 4 minutes.
Combi steamer
Steam oven: Oven 180°C/356°F, Humidity 0% - 5 minutes, turn halfway through cooking.
