Description
GROENTE CROQUET MEDITERRAANS
De groente croquet mediterraans van Holtkamp Horeca heeft als basis een salpicon gemaakt van een sterke groente bouillon. De salpicon is gevuld met mediterraanse groente garnituren als rode en gele gegrilde paprika, zongedroogde tomaatjes, ui, knoflook, zwarte bonen en soja boontjes. Een heerlijk verrassende smaakcombinatie van zoet, zuur en zout.

Preparation
Frituren
Laat voor een optimaal bakresultaat de croquetten langzaam in de koeling ontdooien. Verhit de olie tot de juiste temperatuur en zorg dat de croquetten voldoende ondergedompeld en los van elkaar liggen. Gebruik bij voorkeur arachide olie. Baktijden: Ontdooid ± 5 min 180°C of Bevroren ± 8 min 175°C
