Preparation
Frituren
Laat voor een optimaal bakresultaat de croquetten langzaam in de koeling ontdooien. Verhit de olie tot de juiste temperatuur en zorg dat de croquetten voldoende ondergedompeld en los van elkaar liggen. Gebruik bij voorkeur arachide olie. Baktijden: Ontdooid ± 3 min 175°C of Bevroren ± 5 min 175°C
