Requirements (serves 3): 500 g Chicken thigh meat, diced • 165 g Curry Paste for Tandoori. Preparation: Marinate the chicken in the Curry paste for Tandoori. Thread the chicken onto the skewers and allow to marinate at least 2 hours. Bake the skewers in the oven at low heat until cooked through. Baste the skewers with a bit of oil and grill in a grill pan or on the barbecue.
