Requirements (serves 3): 500 g Chicken thigh meat, diced • 1 onion (minced) • 165 g Curry Paste for Tikka Masala • 50 g Coconut milk or cream. Preparation: Stir-fry the chicken with a dash of oil. Add the onion and stir-fry briefly. Add the Curry Paste for Tikka Masala, stir well to combine, then cover with a lid and simmer dish over low heat. Lastly, add the coconut milk or cream for a thick, creamy curry.
