Description
Chicken Strips (ook wel tenders genoemd) zijn gemaakt van malse kipfilet. Deze kipsnack is de laatste tijd steeds bekender geworden, waardoor deze van toegevoegde waarde is voor een horecazaak. De naam zegt het al, deze strips zijn gemarineerd met kruiden die dé Amerikaanse bite geven, dezelfde kruiden als die van onze bekende Crispy Filetburger. Ze zijn van binnen mals met een pittige smaak en van buiten extra krokant door een crispy laagje. Verkoop ze in losse porties of in een wrap. (Ze wegen ca. 55 gram per stuk.)

Preparation
Bake in oven
220°C, frozen 20 minutes. If necessary, defrost in the refrigerator to reduce the cooking time.
Deep frying
180°C, frozen 4 minutes. If necessary, defrost in the refrigerator to reduce the cooking time.
Airfryer
200°C, frozen 12 minutes. If necessary, defrost in the refrigerator to reduce the cooking time.
