Frozen dough 160 x 90 gram
Frozen pizza dough ball of 90 gram per unit. The Piazzola dough has more volume and a full taste. Besides that the base has a more fixed structure in an American style. The dough balls can be used as plate pizzas and different flatbreads as well.
Preparation: Keep the dough air-tight in the refrigerator to defrost and to rise dough for 48 hours. Before using the dough, put the dough for one hour outside the refrigerator on room temperature. The dough can be kept in the refrigerator for a maximum of 6 days. Baking advice for the pizza: 240-250 degrees, 4/5 minutes.
All the frozen dough is made of 100% natural ingredients, is 100% GMO-free and 0% Trans fats. Also try our Piazzola tomato sauce, 100% mozzarella cheese and our toppings.
