Our famous ‘original’ Andalouse is still a top-seller in the market. Made with a base of mayonnaise, with a subtle combination of tomato, mustard and spices. This slightly pungent sauce goes perfectly with all your meat dishes, poultry (chicken andalouse), but also with chips and snacks.
rapeseed oil (53%), mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, herbs), vinegar, egg yolk, dextrose, tomato powder, salt, onion, chervil, capers, spices, molasses, malt vinegar (from barley), lemon juice, anchovy (fish), thickener: guar gum, xanthan gum, food acid: citric acid, anti-oxidant: calcium disodium EDTA.
Produced in a factory that also treats milk, soy and celery.
