Our slightly pungent Calabria sauce is made with a base of mayonnaise, tomato, spices and a crunchy vegetable mix of cauliflower, pickled gherkin and onion. Ideal with hamburgers and snacks.

rapeseed oil (36%), sugar, dextrose, vinegar, egg yolk, water, cauliflower, gherkins, onions, tomato paste, herbs (celery), spices, beta-carotene, salt, mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, herbs), food acid: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, wheat starch, thickener: guar gum, xanthan gum, colours: beta-carotene, anti-oxidant: calcium disodium EDTA.
