One of Anda’s first recipes: real Belgian pickles! A beautiful yellow sauce based on vinegar and mustard that nicely coats the sweet and sour vegetables.
We put the cauliflower, gherkin, and pearl onions on ourselves: they are slightly larger than the vegetables in most pickles and so they are extra crunchy.
Water, cauliflower (13,5%), gherkins (12%), vinegar, mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, herbs), onions (5%), sugar, wheat starch, salt, modified corn starch, herbs (celery), spices, food acid: citric acid, acetic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, sodium metabisulphite, thickener: guar gum, xanthan gum, colours: curcumin, paprika extract, stabilizer: calcium chloride.
Produced in a factory that also treats milk, soya, egg and fish.
