Description
Saitaku Soba Noodels zijn dunne Japanse noedels bereid met tarwe en boekweitmeel. Boekweit geeft de noedels een bruine kleur en een rijkere, zoetere dan normale tarwe noedels. Soba noedels kunnen gegeten worden in soepen, roerbakgerechten, afgekoeld in salades of met een dipsaus, en in vele andere gerechten.

Preparation
Boil
Add the noodles to a large, deep pan of boiling water. Return to the boil and simmer for approximately 5-7 minutes. The noodles should be cooked through to the centre but still quite firm. Rinse the noodles with cold water and drain. As side dish: After cooking, fry noodles in a little oil and serve them with fresh cut coriander.
