Preparation
Bakken in vet
Dep de tong droog. Bestrooi met wat pepper en zout. Voeg eventueel kruiden toe. Verhit olijfolie ( of eventueel boter) in een pan en bak 1.5 a 2 minuten per zijde op middelhoof vuur tot de tong bruin kleurt.
Stoven
verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden leg de tong in een ovenschaal en schenk er water over bak in circa 10 minuten gaar.
