A meatball seems so normal. But we make it special. We mix
the traditional form with the flavors of the moment to large and small
meatballs with character. From chicken to pork mince. We source the ingredients from close by as much as possible. Whichever ball you choose, they all have a refined taste and a smooth, loose structure. Because that is the secret of our minced meat.

Bereidingswijze
Bakken pan
Diepgevroren producten langzaam laten ontdooien. De bereidingstijden gelden voor ontdooide producten. Product verhitten tot minimaal 74°C in de kern. Pan: Gehaktbal opwarmen in jus, boter of een afgesloten pan gedurende circa 12 minuten op halfhoog vuur.
Frituren
Circa 4 minuten frituren in vet of olie van 180 °C.
Magnetron
Circa 5 minuten verhitten op 750 Watt.
Combi steamer
Circa 25 minuten met 100% vocht verwarmen op 140 °C.
