Freshly chopped garlic preserved in oil. This garlic comes from Spain. Its origins give this garlic a wonderful, pungent flavour and a crisp bite. The garlic is chopped and preserved as soon as it has been peeled and washed. The chopped garlic can be used in every type of dish and makes a great base for stir-fries.
