Gyoza literally translated to potstickers, has been a very popular dumpling in Asia for ages and recently a well known product in Europe. This version is made of duck and vegetables.

Bakken pan
Place the Gyoza on the flat bottom ide down in the pan. Fill the pan with about 1 cm of water. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the Gyoza on a high fire. Take the lid off when the water is evaporized (approximately 7 min.). Add a teaspoon of oil to the pan and fry the bottom side golden brown in about 1 minute.
