Dough: WHEAT flour, Butter (MILK) (14,5%), water, yeast, sugar, skimmed MILKpowder, WHEAT gluten, salt, LACTOSE, flour treatment agent (E300), enzyme, EGG. Filling: crème pâtissière (26,7%) (water, sugar, modified potato starch (E1414), EGG, whole MILK powder, whey powder (MILK), whole EGG powder, Natural Vanilla Flavouring with other Natural Flavourings (MILK), vanilla extract, colour (E160a(ii)), raisins (7,5%), sunflower oil. Decoration: EGG. May contain traces of: hazelnuts, almonds and other cereals containing gluten.
