The albacore tuna originates from the family of mackerel-like fish species. Albacore tuna swim in all southern central waters to a depth of 600 meters. Albacore has large eyes and has a long stretched body that can reach a length of 140 centimeters with a weight of 60 kilograms. Typical is the long vin on its side. This copy comes from Tahiti waters located in the Pacific. The quality of tuna in this area is very high. It is striking that the fillet is more beautifully colored red than elsewhere in the world.
