The Dero Foods Somun is a Turkish style pita bread. The dough is deliciously soft! The Somun weighs 90 grams and comes in boxes of 6 bags with each 12 pieces.

Preparation
Ready-to-eat
Thaw and serve Defrost the bun in the bag in about 1½ hours at room temperature. The bun can be heated (straight from the freezer) in a preheated oven (1-2 minutes at 170 °C).
