De vegetarische oude kaas bitterbal van Holtkamp Horeca heeft een karakteristieke smaak. Het interieur van deze croquet is een romige en rijk gevulde ragout van oude, overjarige kaas uit Noord-Holland. Dit geeft een subtiele, pittige smaak. De oude kaas bitterbal is anders dan anders en daardoor heel verrassend, een waardevolle toevoeging op de borrelplank!

Preparation
Frituren
Laat voor een optimaal bakresultaat de bitterballen langzaam in de koeling ontdooien. Verhit de olie tot de juiste temperatuur en zorg dat de croquetten voldoende ondergedompeld en los van elkaar liggen. Gebruik bij voorkeur arachide olie. Baktijden: Ontdooid ± 3 min 175°C of Bevroren ± 5 min 175°C
