BLACK ANGUS BITTERBAL
De bitterbal van Black Angus onderscheidt zich door de stoere en stevige smaak. De receptuur van deze bitterbal bestaat uit 26,5% gegaard Black Angus vlees, stevige mosterd, zwarte peper, piment en Espelette peper. De krachtige bouillon met verse groenten in combinatie met het Black Angus vleesgarnituur geeft een pittige ragout. Het krokante korstje ontbreekt ook niet bij deze bitterbal.
Serveer deze bitterbal bijvoorbeeld op een borrelplank bij een lekkere stevige biersoort.

Preparation
Frituren
Laat voor een optimaal bakresultaat de bitterballen langzaam in de koeling ontdooien. Verhit de olie tot de juiste temperatuur en zorg dat de croquetten voldoende ondergedompeld en los van elkaar liggen. Gebruik bij voorkeur arachide olie. Ontdooid ± 3 min 175°C of Bevroren ± 5 min 175°C
