IQF Kiwi slices

The kiwi or Chinese gooseberry (Actinidia chinensis) is the edible fruit of a fast-growing winding vine. The fruits of the common kiwi are usually elongated oval in shape, have clear flesh with a white center and a ring of black seeds around this center. Kiwi slices are often used as a decorative garnish for baked goods, salads and the like, but the fruit can also be eaten whole (with or without the skin).
