KREEFT BITTERBAL
Deze bitterbal van kreeft verdient een plekje op uw bittergarnituur plateau. De mooie salpicon onderscheidt zich in kleur en door een fijne subtiele smaak. Aan de basis ragout zijn ingrediënten als cognac, verse knoflook en basilicum toegevoegd. Een royale kreeftvulling van 22% en het brosse korstje geven deze de authentieke Holtkamp Horeca bitterbal een fijne smaak.

Preparation
Frituren
Laat voor een optimaal bakresultaat de bitterballen langzaam in de koeling ontdooien. Verhit de olie tot de juiste temperatuur en zorg dat de croquetten voldoende ondergedompeld en los van elkaar liggen. Gebruik bij voorkeur arachide olie. Baktijden: Ontdooid ± 3 min 175°C of Bevroren ± 5 min 175°C
