Preperation in a saucepan Preheat the skillet then add butter. Stir well.
Microwave

Preparation in a steamer Pre-heat the steamer to 95°C. Pour the required quantity into a gastronorm. +/- 6min.: stir briefly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
