Button Brussels sprouts














Boil
In a pot: Pour 250g of sprouts in a pot of boiling, slightly salted water. Bring back to boil and cook for 5-6 min. Drain, season to taste and serve. Product must be fully cooked before consumption!
Stew
In a pan: Add 250g of Brussels sprouts in a pan with a little butter. Simmer over low heat for 10 min. Season to taste and serve. Product must be fully cooked before consumption!
