A delicate base for refined, light sauces; ready in 75 seconds.|Our capellini is the thinnest pasta in our range, made from durum wheat semolina. The pasta is precooked 'al dente' and IQF-frozen in calibrated 50-gram nests for accurate and quick portioning.
The regeneration time is only 75 seconds. The nest shape guarantees exact dosing and a fixed food cost, with no product waste.
Due to its delicate structure, capellini is the perfect carrier for very light and refined sauces. Think of a simple tomato sauce with fresh basil, a light cream sauce, or a classic preparation with seafood like vongole. It elevates dishes where subtlety is key.|

Heat the frozen pasta for 75 seconds in hot, lightly salted water (± 95°C).
Combisteamer
Heat the frozen pasta for approx. 4 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
