In a pot : Add the desired amount of frozen vegetables to a little water and salt for 4-8 minutes. In a microwave : Place the required amount of vegetables in a microwaveable container with 1-2 tablespoons of water, cover and microwave for 4-5 minutes, stirring regularly. Season to taste and serve. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.
