Bakken in oven

Convectie
Convection oven: Cook at 180°C for a minimum of 15 minutes for 1kg of frozen product in a full gastronorm. Non-preheated convection oven: Bake at 120°C for a minimum of 45 minutes for 2.5kg of full gastronomy frozen product.
