Defrost

Convection
Convection oven: at 180°C, cook 15 minutes for 1 kg of frozen product in an uncovered full gastronorm. Unprewarmed Convection oven: at 120°C, cook 45 minutes for 2.5 kg of frozen product in an uncovered full gastronorm. Cook & Chill: 45 minutes at 120°C (begin with an unprewarmed oven.)
