COMBI STEAMER: From -18°C: 6-8 min. in a full gastronorm without any added fat. From +3°C: 4-6 minutes in a full gastronorm without any added fat. CHILLED: Defrost in cold room at +3°C for 12 hours (for a 2,5 kg bag in a gastronorm). Conservation: 3 days at +3°C after defrosting. Must be reheated to a core temperature of +70°C for 2 minutes before consumption.
