Preparation
COLD CHAIN: Defrost in cold room at +3°C for 12 hours (for a 2.5 kg bag in gastronorme dish). Conservation: 3 days at +3°C after defrosting. COMBINATION OVEN: From a temperature of -18°C: 15 min at 180°C in a covered Gastronorme dish + sauce of your choice. From a temperature of +3°C: 8 min at 180°C in a covered Gastronorme dish + sauce of your choice. STIR FRY: From frozen, fry gently in a little oil for 7 minutes. If already thawed, reduce cooking time to 4 minutes.
