It is easy to prepare: the product can be heated in a pan or combi-steamer, making it a versatile ingredient in the kitchen. Whether in soups, sauces, spreads, or even when preparing pizzas, the celery puree is a tasty addition. For those following a specific diet, this puree offers the perfect solution.     Convectie

    Convection oven: at 160°C , 20 minutes minimum for 2.5 kg of frozen product in a full uncovered gastronorm. NON UNPREWARMED CONVECTION OVEN: in a full uncovered gastronorm, for 2,5kg of frozen product, reheat 45 minutes minimum at 120°C.
