The baguettes delifrance heritage poolish are partbaked in our natural stone oven they are made from a recipe of prefermented poolish dough which gives a golden crispy crust a light creamcoloured crumb with a light aerated texture and delicate aromatic notes of cereals
a long bulk fermentation allows the aroma to develop along with the aerated crumb typical of rustic breads
Wheat flour, water, stone ground wheat flour, wheat gluten, salt, yeast, deactivated dried yeast, malted wheat flour, wheatgerms, roasted wheatgerms.
Possible presence of sesame seeds and nuts.
