It is very versatile due the flavour of tomatoes, which are a favourite in global cuisine. For this red pesto, we use authentic products found in every Italian kitchen, such as sun-dried tomatoes, almonds, basil and formaggio cheese. The use of the sun-dried tomatoes combined with grilled bell peppers and basil gives this product a spicy, tangy flavour.
