Handy resealable 2kg bucket with a basic mix for risotto. This basic mix for this Italian speciality is with pre-cooked risotto rice with vegetables, finely seasoned and finished with cheese.

The basic mix is a dry and long-lasting product and contains 35 portions. 2kg = 5.4kg.

The risotto is easy to prepare in a pan or in the combi steamer. This basic mix is bain-marie stable and therefore also suitable to serve at buffets for catering purposes. It is a very complete basic mix that can be served as is or to which vegetables can be added as desired. Serve the rice dish as a starter like in Italy or as a main course on the menu. Also delicious: use the leftover risotto, arrancini, to make risotto balls and serve them as an appetiser.
