Description

Handy resealable 2 kg bucket with a basic mix for vegan version of bolognese sauce with al dente soy pieces, tomatoes and herbs. This basic Italian tomato sauce is easy and quick to prepare, in just 5 minutes. Serve the base as is or adapt it to your own taste. Serve the sauce with pasta, as vegetarian lasagne or spaghetti bolognaise or use the sauce for balls in tomato sauce. The sauce is bain-marie stable so that it can also be served easily at the buffet.

The basic mix is a dry and long-lasting product. The base mix is for 40 portions. Yield 2kg = 12L.

The product is suitable for vegetarian and vegan menus, is high in protein and gluten-free. This makes it widely applicable for different diets and a valuable addition to the menu.
