Handy resealable 2 kg bucket with a basic mix for vegetable mince based on soya and vegetables. The basic mix is easy and quick to prepare in 10 minutes. It is possible to make it a day earlier during mise en place. You can bake, fry or boil it and it can also be prepared in the combi steamer. It is also bain-marie stable.

The basic mix is for 50 portions. Yield 2kg = 4.5kg.

The vegetable dough can be made in the shape you want: burgers, vegetable slices or vegetable balls. It is also easy to use leftover vegetables in the mix, add up to half of the vegetables. You can also add houmous or another dip for a taste variation and serve it as falafel. By adding your own signature, you can create an infinite number of meal dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner or as an appetiser. This way, you offer a tasty alternative to hamburgers, meatballs, sausages or a meat substitute that is easy to prepare according to your own taste.
