The special method of storing the bulbs means they will stay young and fresh all year round. This garlic’s pure, mild flavour is produced by the clay soil of the Noord-Holland Beemster region. Due to its delicate structure and pure flavour, the puree is suitable for cold dishes such as spreads, dressings, soups and sauces.
