Preparation
Fry
Temperatuur olie: 10 - 12 min. ± 190ºC. Even dichtschroeien, daarna direct omdraaien. Na 5-6 minuten nog eenmaal keren Na afbakken: Evt. doorhalen in een mengsel van kaneel en suiker.
Defrost
Even laten ontdooien om snelle afkoeling van de olie te voorkomen
