Description
Kara Age ‘ka-RA-AH-geh’ is een Japanse kooktechniek waarbij het kippenvlees wordt gecoat in een mengsel van grof Japans paneermeel (Panko) en daarna wordt gefrituurd. De Kara Age is een krokant, licht gekruid hapje gemaakt van mals kippendijenvlees. Dit luxe, Japanse borrelhapje is rijk van smaak en in slechts enkele minuten in de frituur te bereiden.
