Description
An Italian classic. Spicy cheese sauce with cream, herbs, Emmenthal, Gouda, Mozzarella and Cheddar, all cheeses with different qualities to create a more pronounced taste.

Préparation
Magnetron
Cut open the bag and heat in a microwave (900W) for 45 seconds. Leave for 30 sec. rest and heat again for 45 sec.
Verwarmen
Heat the sauce in a pan while stirring.
Combi steamer
Heat the closed bag for ± 5 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam)
