Preparation
Bakken in oven
Broodje ontdooien. Bij voorkeur 24 uur in de koeling (in de doos), indien broodjes van elkaar af liggen (afgedekt) volstaat 12 uur. Vervolgens In een voorverwarmde oven ca. 6 à 7 min. op 170°C. afbakken. Plaats evt. een kopje water in de oven ter voorkoming van uitdrogen van het product.
