100% ready-to-use, orange jelly with an apricot taste for applying apricot jelly, jellying, fluting and glazing fruit tarts, fruit cakes, small and fine baked goods, as well as decorative mirrors and buffet dishes. The jelly is completely fruit acid and freeze stable, firm and with a particularly tender bite.
