Release agent PB – premium release emulsion for all moulds. Versatile release emulsion. Leaves no residue and has a neutral taste. Extremely good release properties. Very good adhesive properties. Ideal for batch loaves (Paderborner), sandwich loaf tins, toast moulds, tart bases and bundt cakes. Very economical to use. Also available in 30-litre re-usable keg.
