Preparation
Bake in oven
Steenoven: Haal de pizza uit de verpakking en bak in een voorverwarmde steenoven gedurende 4 – 5 minuten met een bovenwarmte van 320°C en een onderwarmte van 280°C. Bandoven: Verwarm de oven voor met een boven- en onderwarmte temperatuur van 285°C. Haal de pizza uit de verpakking en plaats deze op de transportband met een cyclustijd van 4 – 5 minuten. De doorlooptijd begint zodra het eerste deel van de pizza de bakkamer bereikt en eindigt zodra het laatste deel de bakkamer verlaat.
Combisteamer
Combisteamer: Verwarm de combisteamer tot 250°C. Haal de pizza uit de verpakking en bak de pizza op een pizza tray gedurende 4 – 5 minuten op 230°C.
