    Burgundian apple pie prepared with real butter according to grandmother's recipe. The 1800 gram cake is pre-cut into 12 slices. The cake is made of traditional butter dough with almond paste, filled with fresh apple, soft raisins and a hint of cinnamon, finished with almond shavings.

    Bereidingswijze

    Ontdooien

    Thaw 24-26 hours in the refrigerator. Do not refreeze after thawing. The frozen cake can also be placed directly in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 150°C. After baking, let the cake rest for another 10 minutes.
