    Express cooking 11 min Pre-cooking 5,5 min Double cooking +4°C/39°F in blast chiller Min 1 h - Max 48 h in refrigerator Final cooking 40-60 sec For rapid delivery 8 min oily sauce 7 min liquid sauce Express cooking Cook the pasta in abundant salted water (7g/l), keep it boiling for the time indicated for express cooking. Double cooking Pre-cooking: Cook the pasta 50% of the cooking time indicated on the packaging, in boiling salted water (7g/l), stirring time to time. Preservation: drain well with a colander, add a drizzle of vegetable oil (neutral taste) and blast chill to 4°C/39°F. Store refrigerate in a sealed container. Use at least 1 hour after the pre-cooking and up to 48 hours later. Final cooking: to serve, reheat the needed pasta in boiling water for 40 to 60 seconds. Drain and mix sauce, completing the recipe. For rapid delivery Tip: If preparing pasta for rapid delivery, pre-cook 70% of the indicated cooking time. Drain and mix with sauce, completing the recipe. Final preparation might also be affected by type, quality and quantity of sauce. Recommended proportion water/salt/pasta 10 l water / 70 g salt / 1 kg pasta
