Preparation

Preperation in a saucepan Preheat the skillet then add butter. Stir well.
Microwave
Preparation in the microwave Pour the required quantity into a bowl and cover. Stir after a few minutes. Stir again before serving.
Steam
Preparation in a steamer Pre-heat the steamer to 95°C. Pour the required quantity into a gastronorm. +/- 6min.: stir briefly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
