- These olives retain their bite because they are not pasteurized. Many olives are heated to extend their shelf life. Granoliva has found a way that makes the bite almost comparable to chilled olives.
- The buckets are resealable and feature a handy net that keeps the olives under oil and facilitates oil removal.
