Quinoa can be served hot or cold after cooking. Hot: place 250 g of quinoa in a warm pan or wok with 1 tablespoon of oil and cook over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring regularly. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before seasoning to taste and serving. Cold: heat the quinoa as described above and let cool briefly before placing the quinoa in the refrigerator (max. 5°C). Store the refrigerated product in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before consumption.
